Over these months I’ve thought about you a lot - about all of you.
We didn’t know each other very well, but from the very first moment, there was that spark that made me think “I want these people as my friends”.
I remember the first time we met: the kids - now young adults - were so little, and we read “The Gruffly” together.
And last summer: Gradara, that beautiful evening at Apice’s concert, and our chats around the table.
Always smiling, serene, calm yet strong and sharp.
Christine, I carry you in my heart because you’re a part of me - that part I aspire to be but don’t always manage.
A big hug, my dear friend. Go and rest now.
Tobi, Zoe and Levi whenever you want, you know there’s a piece of Christine waiting for you in Italy.
